1. Order Confirmation The order is only confirmed after the deposit payment receipt is sent and written confirmation is provided by the client via email.
2. Payment • The remaining balance must be paid up to 5 days before the collection/delivery date. • Payments can be made using any of the methods provided at the time of confirmation. • If payment is not made within the deadline, the order may be cancelled without refund of the deposit.
3. Order Changes • Changes to the date, flavours, decoration or size are only possible depending on availability. • Changes made less than 5 days in advance may not be accepted. • Any change may result in an adjustment to the final price.
4. Cancellations • Cancellations made up to 7 days prior entitle the client to a refund of any amount paid, except the deposit. • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the date are non-refundable, due to material purchases, planning and schedule blocking.
5. Collection & Transport • The cake must always be transported on a flat surface, ideally in the car boot, with the air conditioning on. • Cake Me Fast is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery/collection. • When collecting or receiving the cake, the client confirms that everything is as requested.
6. Cake Storage • The cake must be kept in a cool and safe environment, protected from heat and direct sunlight. • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper storage after delivery.
7. Delivery • The delivery fee is informed at the time of booking and depends on the location. • The client must ensure someone is available at the agreed location and time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may incur additional charges.
8. Prices Displayed on the Website Prices shown on the website, including “starting at” prices, are for reference only. The final price varies based on: • the chosen design, • the size, • selected flavours, • and any additional requested details. The final quote is always confirmed in writing after analysing the request.
9. Photography & Content Sharing Migalha Doce reserves the right to photograph and use images of the cakes for portfolio, website and social media purposes. No images containing clients’ personal information will be used.
10. Cake Me Fast Specifics • This service was created for small celebration cakes, with simple, pre-defined designs. • Production follows the models exactly as presented; customisations outside the Cake Me Fast format are not accepted.
11. Allergies & Intolerances • Despite all care, the products are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, lactose, nuts, eggs and soy. • The client is responsible for informing all consumers about potential allergens.
12. Quality & Craftsmanship All cakes are handmade. Small variations in colour, texture or decoration may occur and are part of this type of artisanal work.
