3. Does the price include fresh flowers or extra decoration? It depends on the design. Each cake indicates what’s included, and any optional additions or extra decorations will be quoted separately by email.
4. Are the flowers in the collection e edible? No, the flowers shown in our catalogue are not edible. Although they are carefully cleaned and protected for contact with the cake, they should be removed before cutting and serving.
5. Are there any special care instructions for the flowers? Yes. To ensure the flowers stay securely in place, we sometimes use small sticks or floral pins — these will always be indicated at the time of delivery.
6. Can I choose edible flowers instead? Yes! Edible flowers are available upon request and will require an additional quote, as they come at a higher cost.
7. What is the size of each portion? Each portion measures approximately 2.5 cm thick by 5 cm wide. The height may vary between 10 and 15 cm, depending on whether you choose 2 or 3 layers of cake. These measurements are for reference only — thinner slices will naturally yield more servings.
8. Can I choose a flavor outside the menu? For example, from wedding cakes menu? No, only the flavors listed in the menu Cake me fast are available.
9. Do you make cakes adapted for allergies? Yes, but only for mild lactose intolerance. We do not make gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-sensitive cakes for severe or potentially dangerous allergies.
10. What information should I share when ordering? Always inform us in advance of any intolerance or allergy so that we can take the necessary precautions and ensure the cake is prepared safely and appropriately.
11. Do you offer delivery? Yes, depending on availability and only within the Parque das Nações area, with an additional delivery fee. You can also collect your cake from our atelier by appointment.
12. What should I know after collecting or receiving my cake? Once you’ve received your cake, it becomes your responsibility. Please follow these transport guidelines: • Place the cake on a flat surface, ideally on the car floor. • Keep it cool and out of direct sunlight — air conditioning is recommended. • Drive slowly, avoiding sudden stops or bumps. • Never leave the cake inside the car on hot days.

13. What if I can’t collect the cake at the scheduled time? If you’re unable to collect your cake at the arranged time, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to reschedule, depending on availability that day.
14. What happens if I need to cancel my order? Cancellations made up to 3 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. After that period, the deposit is non-refundable.
15. Do you make custom cakes outside this collection? Yes, depending on availability. These are quoted individually. You can submit your request via the usual form or by email .
16. How do I confirm my booking? To confirm your order, a €20 deposit is required. This deposit guarantees that your date and cake are reserved exclusively for you.
17. Is the deposit refundable? No, the deposit is non-refundable, even if the cancellation is made up to 3 days before the scheduled date.
18. When do I need to pay the remaining balance? The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before the event date. If payment is not received by then, the order cannot be confirmed.
19. Can I reserve a cake of lower value? Yes! The €20 deposit is fixed, regardless of the total value of the cake.
20. All the cakes in the collection are white. Can I choose a different color? Absolutely! The cakes in the gallery are shown in white for a clean, uniform look, but you can choose any color and even customize the piping style to your preference.
