WHEN SHOULD WE START ON PLANNING OUR WEDDING CAKE?

We suggest to you start planning your wedding cake as soon as the date and venue have been set up. Ideally 6 months in advance.

What is the booking & creative fee for?

Is to book the date in the diary and for the creative development of the cake design. It must be paid within 15 days of sending the Service Proposal, during which time the order is pre-booked. After this period we do not guarantee availability.

How much is the booking & creativity fee?

It is 200€.

is it refundable?

No, this payment is non-refundable.

 Can the Reservation & Creativity fee be paid after the Tasting?

Yes, but until the Reservation & Creativity fee is received, the date is never guaranteed.

When will we receive an estimate price for the cake?

Once you have answered the questionnaire, a Cake Service Proposal will be sent to you with all the details about the service, the estimated price and the terms & conditions. In this service proposal, the estimated price is only for the wedding cake, which includes the cake for the symbolic cutting and the sheet cakes. The Booking & Creativity and Delivery & Assembly fees are listed separately.

When will the final quote be sent?

Quotation & Design will be sent up to 90 days before your wedding date, with the sketch, final price and details of the complete service valid for 30 days.

When should we make the final payment?

Must be made within 15 days prior to the wedding day.

How can we pay?

By bank transfer with proof sent by email.

Is the tasting included in the service?

For cakes over €600 we offer the tasting fee (€50) as a courtesy, and only the delivery fee is due.

Until when can we make changes to our order?

Only minor changes to the budget are allowed up to 30 days before the event. However, we do not guarantee that they can be made until they have been assessed and accepted by us.

Until when can we cancel our order?

If you cancel 30 days or more before the event, only payments, if paid, above the Reservation&Creativity fee will be refunded.

Do you provide the rental of a cake stand?

No, unfortunately we don't offer this service.

Do you make cakes for special diets?

To avoid the risk of contamination of certain ingredients, we do not make gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan cakes.

Can we send cakes by other cake designers as inspiration?

Yes, but we don't make exact copies of the work of other professional colleagues. We really value originality and our aim is to create a cake that is truly special and reflects the uniqueness of each couple. Although we can use these inspirations as a starting point, we will always add our vision and suggestions so that the final cake is distinctive and personalised.
